Chicago Police Dog is Missing For the Second Time

So a Chicago police detective managed to lose his German Shepherd police dog, Bear, for the second time in two months. Both times the dog was left unattended in the officer's backyard. What's up with that? Let's hope when Bear is found he gets a new partner that will keep better track of him.

Poor dog. The cop blamed the dog saying Bear has issues. Bad cop!

You'd think he'd be required to take better care of police dog which costs the tax payers quite a bit of money. And what if they didn't find the dog?!!
